ALIVIO247 – Terms & Conditions

Governing Jurisdiction: Republic of Armenia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ALIVIO247 platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

ALIVIO247 offers subscription-based services under the following plans, as described on our website:

  • Basic Plan
  • Professional Plan
  • Premium Plan

Each plan includes specific features, usage limits, and service capabilities. Features and availability may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time. Subscription plans are intended for business use only.

2. Subscription, Billing & Renewal

Billing Frequency

  • Subscriptions are offered on Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual prepaid terms.
  • Annual and 6-Month plans are fixed-term commitments.

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless canceled prior to renewal.

Payment Authorization

  • You must provide and maintain accurate billing information.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.

Renewal Payment Failure & Grace Period

  • If your payment method on file is declined on the renewal date, your subscription will enter a 5-calendar day grace period.
  • You must update your payment information and settle the outstanding invoice within this period to maintain uninterrupted service.

Suspension for Non-Payment

Accounts with invoices outstanding for more than 5 calendar days are subject to immediate suspension until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard.
  • Services remain active until the end of the current billing term.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for early cancellation.

Fee Changes

  • ALIVIO247 may revise pricing or plan features with 30 days prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Upgrade & Downgrade Policy

Upgrades

  • Clients may upgrade their subscription at any time.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment.
  • Charges may be prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrades

  • Downgrades become effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Features from higher-tier plans will no longer be accessible after the downgrade.
  • No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused portions of higher-tier plans.

4. Free Trial Policy

  • A 7-day free trial may be offered for Basic, Professional, and Premium plans.
  • No payment method is required during the trial.
  • Trial access is limited to one trial per business entity.
  • Certain features (e.g., advanced integrations, APIs) may be restricted during the trial.
  • At the end of the trial, the account will be paused unless upgraded.
  • ALIVIO247 reserves the right to modify, limit, or revoke trial access at its discretion.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Data We Collect

  • Business and contact information
  • Platform usage data and system logs
  • Call, reservation, appointment, order, or interaction metadata

Purpose of Processing

  • Service delivery and improvement
  • Customer support and system performance
  • Legal, accounting, and compliance obligations

Legal Basis

  • Contractual necessity
  • Legitimate business interests
  • User consent where required (e.g., call recording, marketing communications)

Data Sharing & Storage

  • Data is shared only with essential service providers (e.g., hosting, billing).
  • All data is stored using reasonable security measures, including encryption and access controls.

Data Rights

  • Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
  • Requests should be sent to support@alivio247.com.
  • Responses are provided within 2 business days.

6. Legal Framework & Disputes

Governing Law: Republic of Armenia

Jurisdiction: Courts of Yerevan, Armenia

Limitation of Liability

  • ALIVIO247's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • ALIVIO247 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALIVIO247 from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the Services
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Improper or unlawful use of AI-powered calling, ordering, or reservation features

7. Miscellaneous

Amendments

  • ALIVIO247 may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email or platform notification.

Severability

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior discussions or proposals.

Force Majeure

  • ALIVIO247 is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.
